2023 FEDERAL JUDICIAL CLERK RECRUITING RECEPTION

WHAT: The Federal Law Clerk Committees of the Broward, South Florida, and Palm Beach Chapters of the Federal Bar Association invite you to the Fifth Annual Federal Judicial Clerk Recruiting Reception. This event provides a great opportunity for public and private legal organizations and public interest organizations located in the Southern District of Florida to connect with job-seeking federal law clerks.

WHO: Employers: Legal employers in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties.

Judicial Clerks: Current or former judicial clerks for federal judges.

WHEN:  Thursday, May 25, 2023, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Registration opens at 6:15 p.m.

WHERE:  Carlton Fields, 700 NW 1st Avenue, Suite 1200, Miami, FL 33136

COSTS: 

Private Firms: $250 private firms

Public/non-profit Organizations $75

Former Federal Judicial Clerks (seeking employment): Free

Current Federal Judicial Clerks: Free

As space is limited, each employer may send only one representative—most suitably an attorney who is involved in the organization’s hiring process. Employers seeking to represent more than one office (e.g. Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and/or West Palm Beach offices) may register more than one representative (at the full price per each representative). REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED AS SOON AS WE REACH CAPACITY.

Please email a biography of your firm representative to Zach Lipshultz at zach@colson.com   Those materials will be combined into an “E-Book” and circulated to the law clerks prior to the event. The E-Book will not include any materials received after the deadline.
