Japanese Tea Company demonstration by Akihiko Kaji
Mr. Akihiko Kaji grew up in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from Doshisha University in Kyoto and Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. After spending most of his career working for Sony Corporation abroad, Mr. Kaji currently resides in Miami with his wife. Mr. Kaji and his wife have studied tea for over a decade, and have been granted by Urasenke, Kyoto, one of the three main schools of Japanese tea ceremony, the degree of master of tea, the official license and qualification for teaching tea. Mr. Kaji is an Associated Professor at Urasenke, Kyoto.

(schineseperformingarts.com) was established in 2009 by Director, Ms. Monica Shang, a former TV hostess of the local Chinese language teaching program for Channel 19 of T.E.N. The Group is an assembly of over 20 multi-talented Chinese artists. Its mission is to preserve and promote traditional and contemporary Chinese arts and culture, as well as serving as a bridge between local Chinese organizations and communities in South Florida. The Chinese Performing Arts Troup have performed in events, large and small, all over South Florida from Vero Beach to Greater Miami area.
