Mr. Akihiko Kaji grew up in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from Doshisha University in Kyoto and Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. After spending most of his career working for Sony Corporation abroad, Mr. Kaji currently resides in Miami with his wife. Mr. Kaji and his wife have studied tea for over a decade, and have been granted by Urasenke, Kyoto, one of the three main schools of Japanese tea ceremony, the degree of master of tea, the official license and qualification for teaching tea.
